Things slowing down a bit as I try to absorb some of the things I have been learning. Added some family pics to the blog and a map of states I have been to. Have been interacting with posts to IMDB more often. Am going to open a thread on foreign war movies. Tried doing a mashup for class that was supposed to work but the software betrayed me.... But I did succeed with GPS software to find my apartment complex here in town and gaze down from space on my friends' car. THAT was impressive.
Came across an awesome source for my 17th century studies project. Currently working on foreigners serving with Polish army, got my hands on a book detailing the composition and organization of the Royal Guards formations. The scales falleth from mine eyes.... Most all "my boys" are there and then some.....

Mother of my mom's Dad. She doted on me. Very status-conscious. Always wore furs and drove a cherry-red Lincoln Continental.
Emily Bradford Secrist Grandmother
Emily was my mother's mom. She died tragically when my mother was only 12 from meningitis.
